Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN)

We are hiring Registered Nurses for various adult acute care units, including telemetry, renal, palliative, and older adult care, across multiple campus locations.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to unit policies.
• Supervise non-RN staff and serve as Charge Nurse when needed.
• Develop individualized care plans, coordinate with the healthcare team, and educate patients and families.
• Demonstrate skills in neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support.
• Function as a preceptor and perform other duties to ensure quality service.
  
  

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), valid Connecticut RN license, BLS certification, proficiency in electronic records, and excellent communication skills.
