- Ability to handle diverse cases, including obstetric and complex surgeries
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Licensure and credentialing readiness
- Providing anesthesia coverage on weekdays, with flexible scheduling
- Participating in call rotations with post-call days off
- Maintaining compliance with credentialing requirements
