Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality clinical and community-based behavioral health services.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with mental health needs, including PTSD.
• Facilitate group therapy and implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis techniques.
• Manage case files, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Utilize coding for documentation and billing, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW license, experience in behavioral health, and strong communication skills.
