ICU RN - Full Time - Nights

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care within an ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their conditions, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The nurse collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs. Critical nursing skills are essential for evaluating patient needs and barriers to involvement in care. This safety-sensitive role requires alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license
• Experience: No experience required; 2 years preferred
