What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (sign on bonus!) position at Plan A Health?

Practices independent, evidence-based nursing in a clinical setting, addressing routine and complex care.
Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) to manage patient needs.
Delegates tasks, oversees care providers, and adapts to clinical contingencies.
Monitors and administers treatments, ensuring documentation and patient education.
Promotes patient safety, complies with healthcare regulations, and participates in quality improvement.
Maintains accurate patient records and manages medical equipment and order processing.
Requires RN license, BLS certification, and preferably a BSN and one year of specialty experience.
Full-time position.
