About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

· Operational Leadership: Ensure alignment with brand guest satisfaction standards and thresholds by maintaining high service levels, addressing guest concerns promptly, and implementing strategies to improve satisfaction scores. Qualifications:

· Minimum of 4 years of hotel management and/or Marriott hotel management experience.

· Post-high school coursework in hospitality from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related major.

· Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive team performance and guest satisfaction.

· Exceptional knowledge of Marriott brand standards, sales, and revenue management.

· Experience with FOSSE or Power of M preferred.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
