As a Grower or Growing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our cultivation process, ensuring the production of healthy, vibrant plants. These positions require attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for horticulture.

- Grower Responsibilities:
· Oversee designated growing spaces to optimize plant health and productivity
· Manage watering, fertilization, and nutrient delivery systems (spray booms, drip irrigation, ebb and flood systems)
· Monitor environmental conditions and operate climate control systems in the greenhouse
· Apply pesticides, beneficial insects, and nematodes as needed
· Maintain proper pH and EC/PPM levels for optimal growth
· Identify and troubleshoot pest and disease issues promptly
· Record and analyze plant growth and health data
· Comply with safety and chemical application protocols
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Qualifications For Grower Position:
· Experience in horticulture or related fields
· Knowledge of plant physiology, pest and disease identification, and nutrient management
· Ability to calculate and apply proper fertilizer dilutions and rates
· Basic understanding of greenhouse environmental controls and chemistry
· Mechanical skills and comfort with operating equipment are a plus
· Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team-oriented attitude

- Growing Assistant Responsibilities:
· Assist Growers with daily cultivation tasks
· Learn and apply best practices in plant care and greenhouse operations
· Monitor environmental conditions and assist with climate control
· Support pest and disease management efforts
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the growing area
· Develop skills necessary for advancement to a Grower role
- Qualifications For Growing Assistant Position:
· A basic understanding of general horticultural practices
· A passion for horticulture
· A motivated/driven individual
· Willingness to learn and apply learned knowledge
· Past experience is a bonus but we will train the right candidate for the job.
