- 2-3 years customer related experience preferred.

- Full-time hours, Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
- Understand the various products the Bank offers and the ability to explain the value of those products to customers and refer customers to the appropriate department if not Retail Banking.
- Accountable for coaching the branch’s Retail Banker I team on how to effectively deliver excellent customer service and identify referral opportunities. This includes ensuring that the RBI team is educated on banking products and services, and that they have the appropriate knowledge and confidence in the bank’s products.
- Processes a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently in adherence to bank policies and regulations such as cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, transfers, wires and issuing monetary instruments.
- Support customers with maintenance questions concerning their accounts. This will include address changes, check orders, debit card orders and maintenance, online/mobile banking questions, balance inquires and the like.
- Support other Retail staff by assisting with account openings, processing paperwork and any other duties as requested.
- Responsible to coordinate and perform service on automated teller machines (ATM).
- Provide leadership to Retail Banker I with cash drawer and vault functions and customer service inquires. Responsible for the onboarding and training of new hire RB I within the branch.
- Responsible to execute branch audits as it pertains to the branch operational functions.
- Responsible for scheduling of RB I.

Compensation for positions is based on the specific position and may be paid in the form of an hourly wage, overtime, a semi-monthly salary, commissions, or a combination of them.
