Plains Area Mental Health, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Therapist to serve the Denison community. This opportunity allows licensed clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services while enjoying competitive benefits, hybrid work opportunities, and a supportive interdisciplinary team.
Schedule
- Full-Time (30–40 hours weekly)
- Benefits begin at 30 hours
- Monday–Friday schedule
- One scheduled evening each week
- Hybrid schedule available after telehealth caseload development
Responsibilities
Your work will include:
- Diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Individual outpatient counseling for children and adults.
- Developing treatment plans and monitoring client progress.
- Working closely with psychiatric providers, case managers, and peer support staff.
- Crisis intervention and emergency behavioral health services.
- Clinical documentation and record management.
- Participation in paid on-call rotation.
- Clinical supervision opportunities for temporary licensed providers.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current Iowa LMHC, LISW, or LMFT License
- Valid Iowa Driver's License
