PAMHC has an opening for a full-time Administrative Support Professional Floater based in our Cherokee location. 40 hours per week.
Pay Range:
$17.13 up to $19.37, depending on experience.

Position Summary:
This position is the first point of contact, responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting and applying client payments to accounts and maintaining strict patient confidentiality under HIPAA regulations. This position is intended to be a floater between offices to cover as needed. You should be able to display flexibility and adapt to different office environments and procedures, ensuring continuity of operation across all sites.
Requirements:
- Medical Office Experience
- Computer Skills
- Valid Driver's License and Insurance
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
