PAMHC is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Prescriber Assistant (PPA) in our Storm Lake location.
Starting Pay at $20.36
Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the psychiatric prescribers to complete evaluation and management (E/M) services and provide quality and comprehensive medication management services. This is accomplished through updating client records with necessary information in a timely manner, assisting the front office staff with schedules, assisting clients with virtual appointments, preparing and managing paperwork, collaborating with internal and external providers, carrying out prescriber orders for labs, medication, and testing.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must understand the concept and responsibilities of being a CCBHC.

Requirements
- Official Medical Assistant Certification, Certified Medication Aid or a certification to allow provision of IMs.
- Experience with medical records, use of electronic health record or other digital media.
- Valid State of Iowa Driver's License.
- Valid Automobile Registration and Insurance.
