Responsibilities
- Responsible for fostering a fun environment
- Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
- Assists in supervising slot operations and helps to monitor all related services affecting the department on an assigned shift
- Assist to coach personnel in the proper behavior performance of duties
- Assists in maintaining work schedules for assigned personnel
- Ensures guest recognition and development are primary duties for all personnel
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service and integrity in the slot department
- Ensure all teams members adhere to department policies, procedures, internal controls and gaming regulations
- Maintain and inspire highly trained and motivated team members;
- Administer and adhere to all gaming rules and regulations
- Investigate variances, bill validator and ticket in/ticket out claims
- Approves and witness jackpot pay offs
Requirements
- Willing and able to work a consistent overnight shift
- Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
- Must enjoy hosting others
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
- Strong proven leadership skills
- Two years of supervision or equivalent experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization.

- Strong project management and execution skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
