- No less than $17.15 per hour based on verifiable similar experience per the negotiated PASS Agreement
- IMRF
- Part-time: 2.5 hours per shift (AM) 9 months
- Monday - Friday
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Assist students academically and socially
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and students
- Understanding of how to positively interact with students
- Willingness to learn basic curriculum application in small group settings
- Dedicated
- Strong understanding of child development
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communications skills

- One of the following State of Illinois Licenses registered in Will County: Paraprofessional Approval (PARA(STA)), Paraprofessional (ELS(PARA)), Substitute (SUB), or Professional Educator License (PEL)
- College transcripts with 60 credit hours or have passed the WorkKeys Assessment submitted to obtain licensure/certification
