- Placement on the appropriate schedule of the Negotiated Agreement for Extra-Curricular activities
- Responsible for the entire Football program: coaching the varsity team, mentoring lower-level coaches, budget items, equipment and uniforms.
- Provide expectations and guidelines for the program, design practice plans with emphasis on program fundamentals.
- Provide and enforse all philosophy that includes goals for student athlete success on and off the field.
- Experience coaching the sport
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Organizational/motivational skills
- Strong knowledge of the sport (rules, drills, etc)
- Work on fundamental skills and stratiegies
- Ensures that equipment and facilities are maintained
- Performs administrative duties
- Schedule and supervise contests and practice sessions
- Organize team events
- Other duties as needed
- Candidates must have a State of Illinois Professional Educator License registered in Will County, or have taken the A.S.E.P. Requirements for Coaching in Illinois, or have a State of Illinois Substitute Teaching License registered in Will County.
