- Perform repairs/maintenance and conduct preventative
buildings/structures, roofs, windows, HVAC, equipment,
motors, electric, plumbing, freezers, blacktop, playground
equipment, fences, septic system, athletic fields, furniture,
tools etc.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to
occasional inclement weather.
- Assist in ordering supplies/equipment, keeping inventory,
warehouse upkeep.
- As needed mow, trim, and clean around buildings,
- Participate in training programs as required by the District.
- Shall deviate from assigned work schedule only as
- Care and clean ditches and sewers on school property.
- Report regularly at assigned time and be flexible to handle
- Plowing or removal of snow, ice or debris from drives, sidewalks
- Assist in setting buildings for activities as required and/or directed.
- Occasional work with equipment/devices involving electricity,
