Warehouse Hemp Product Packager – Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to handle hemp products under federal guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail when weighing, labeling, sealing, and inspecting hemp products.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic understanding of safe warehouse practices and inventory handling.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods during production shifts.
- Capability to lift and move boxes up to 30–40 lbs.
- Manual dexterity for handling small packaging materials.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
Work Responsibilities
- Packaging and labeling hemp flower and related products according to company guidelines.
- Ensuring each item meets quality and compliance standards.
- Maintaining organized workstations and following proper sanitation procedures.
- Counting, tracking, and documenting inventory accurately.
- Following all safety procedures and compliance requirements for hemp handling.
Preferred Experience
- Previous warehouse, production, or fulfillment experience.
- Familiarity with Hemp, Cannabis or CBD products is helpful but not required.
- Experience using scales, sealers, label printers, or similar equipment.
