Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Youth Counselors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with youth and providing supervision and behavioral health support to adolescent girls.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to the residents to ensure health and safety
- Mentor and guide youth towards positive decision-making
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Maintain the household environment
Qualifications
- BA in related field (social work, psychology) or
- BA in unrelated field and six months experience with children in a group setting or
- HS diploma and at least twelve months experience working with children in a group setting
- Ability to work in a team environment

Available Schedules:
Schedule A: 35 HOURS/WEEK: Mon and Tues 2pm-10pm; Wed 1pm-10pm; Sat 12pm-10pm
Schedule B: 40 HOURS/WEEK: Tues 12pm - 10pm; Wed 10am - pm; Thurs 1pm - 11pm; Sat 10am - 10pm
Please note: a valid driver's license is required for this position.
