Compensation
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)- $22.00-$23.00/hour depending on shift desired.
Work Schedule
First (1st) shift from 7:00 am-3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Onsite role based in Plymouth, MN.
Second (2nd) shift from 3:00 pm-11:00 pm Monday through Friday. Onsite role based in Plymouth, MN.
Third (3rd) shift from 11:00 pm-7:00 am Monday through Friday. Onsite role based in Plymouth, MN.

- Ensure efficient machine setup including materials, cycle times, and production output
- Inspect machinery and tooling prior to operation to ensure readiness
- Monitor product quality and identify nonconforming materials or defects
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks
- Complete shift documentation and communicate job status during shift handoffs
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and wear proper PPE
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve production issues
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Basic math skills for measurements and production tasks
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
- Knowledge of quality control or Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Bending, stooping, reaching, and working in a manufacturing environment
