PlaceSmart Agency is seeking a Staffing Specialist to manage recruiting and staffing needs for clients in Nashville, IL, and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume staffing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and recruit candidates based on client needs.
• Follow up promptly with applicants, conduct initial interviews, and explain job duties, schedules, and requirements.
• Schedule and conduct new hire orientations, including application assistance, employee data entry, background checks, and drug screening administration.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
• Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and visit client locations as needed.
• Perform additional recruiting and staffing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume staffing, preferably in light industrial, eCommerce, distribution, or warehouse environments.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a significant plus, but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for occasional travel to client locations.
• Salary will start at $23/hour. Once training is complete and after 30 days pay will advance to $24/hour.

PlaceSmart Agency offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Training will be provided upon hire.
