PlaceSmart Agency is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Cartersville, GA!
Hours 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package! Starting pay is $22.00 an hour (weekly pay via direct deposit) plus weekly and monthly bonuses.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in a multicultural or multilingual work environment
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience or familiarity with staffing for light industrial, eCommerce, distribution, or warehouse environments.
* Great phone etiquette.
* Bilingual in English/Spanish!
* Computer savvy
Responsibilities include:
- Posting jobs online to attract and source candidates
- Timely follow-up with responders to start the interview process. This includes: sharing information about our company, the job, responsibilities, and shifts.
- Warm calls to potential clients on a daily/weekly basis
- Conducting new hire orientation including application instruction, data entry of demographics, background checks, and drug test administration.
- Other recruiting/staffing duties as assigned.
- Conduct bilingual interviews and assist in employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops in multiple languages
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Collaborate with managers to resolve workplace conflicts
- Participate in HR audits and reporting
- Contribute to HR strategy and process improvements
