Responsibilities
- Deliver pediatric occupational therapy treatment in the home
- Follow treatment plans developed by supervising Occupational Therapists
- Monitor patient progress and document each visit
- Partner with caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic activities
- Communicate regularly with supervising therapists
- Maintain professional documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications
- Active Arizona COTA license
- CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license with dependable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
