Job Summary
The Varsity Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive, education-based athletic program that aligns with the mission, philosophy, and policies of the Placer Union High School District. The Varsity Head Coach serves as a transformational leader who prioritizes student-athlete development, character education, academic success, and positive athletic experiences over win-loss records. This position requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and a deep commitment to purpose-based athletics consistent with the InSideOut Coaching philosophy. Stipend amount will depend on years of paid coaching experience. The successful candidate will be required to complete FBI/DOJ clearance and pre employment online training.
