Busy and well-established dermatology practice in Roseville is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Medical Office Assistant / Data Entry Specialist to support our back-office operations.
We are a professional, friendly dermatology practice that values teamwork, efficiency, and a positive work environment.
The primary responsibility of this position will be entering patient and clinical information from paper chart templates into our electronic medical record system (EMR). Depending on experience and interest, additional administrative tasks may be available.
Responsibilities
Enter patient information and clinical documentation into EMR accurately
Transfer information from paper charts into electronic records
Assist with administrative support tasks
Assist with billing related data entry when needed
Support occasional front office tasks if interested
Qualifications
Strong typing and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional communication and English language skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Medical office experience preferred
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR
Dermatology office experience
Experience in a medical or surgical practice

Pay
$20 per hour depending on experience
