Requirements / Qualifications

Internal Applicants: Although an Edjoin application is the only requirement for internal applicants it is recommended that you include all items to allow all panel members a complete view of your qualifications and background. External Applicants: * Must possess an appropriate California teaching credential authorizing specialized services to students with visual impairment. * Must possess authorization to teach English Language Learners.. * Required level to education in order to obtain the appropriate authorization from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for the position. If hired, must provide proof of a valid California Driver's License. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Copy of Transcript (Bachelors degree or higher)
Credential Copy (CA Teaching credential authorizing specialized services to students with visual impairment)
English Learner Authorization (Authorization to teach English Language Learners)
Letter of Introduction
Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two Letters of Recommendation are required-each letter must be signed)
