Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inbound Checker to oversee unloading operations and ensure product accuracy and quality standards are met. This role is responsible for monitoring unloaders, verifying product labeling, and training staff on unloading procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor unloaders full-time during unloading operations
- Verify products match correct SKU and pallet/pallet labels
- Ensure there are no mixed pallets
- Train unloaders on unloading SOPs
- Enforce quality and accuracy standards
- Communicate issues and updates with warehouse leadership
Requirements
- Spanish required (unloaders do not speak English)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead and train warehouse staff
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior lead or supervisory experience
- Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
- Familiarity with SKUs, pallet labeling, and SOPs
