Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Drywall/ Light Gauge Metal Framing Estimator located in Merrimack, NH. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates for commercial, industrial, retail, and residential projects. The Estimator will also collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to identify project requirements, provide value engineering solutions, change orders, and submit proposals on time.

Must Haves:
3-5 years of experience as a Drywall/Light Gauge Metal Framing Estimator or similar role. Strong proficiency in On Screen Takeoff, and Estimating software. Excellent knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and costs. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $155,000
