Our client is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer/Architect for their office in Fort Worth, TX to work on both shell and interiors projects for commercial and institutional project types.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead interiors and architecture projects through all phases including programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation & construction administration, FF&E.
- Develop and manage FFE budgets and schedules
- Represent the firm as needed in the professional design community
- Manage multiple projects, staffing and schedules
- Introduce current design concepts and workplace strategies to clients
- Present design concepts, materials and furniture to clients
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Interior Designer or Registered Architect in the state of Texas
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an Accredited Program
- 5 years’ experience
- Excellent leadership, management, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup, Adobe Suites Preferred
- LEED AP preferred
