We are seeking an Architectural Intern/Emerging Professional that is on AXP track and pursuing licensure, with 2-5 years of experience working in an architecture office in the US.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Architectural degree from accredited college/university
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude
- Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
- General Building Construction knowledge for SD/DD/CD
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Draft architectural plans using computer-aided design and drafting software (Revit)
- Add details to architectural plans from knowledge of building techniques
- Specify dimensions, square footage, flooring materials and lighting plans
- Revise redline markups and update plans as needed and revise any additional sheets that are affected by the changes
- Adhere to deadlines and budgets, producing projects in time and in budget.
- Attend bi-weekly department meetings and participate in discussions
- Ability to take direction and perform specific tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail with ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously
- Work with a sense of urgency, detail oriented, maintain project flexibility and the ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to travel and perform Construction Administration on various projects
