We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer for a Project Coordinator role to focus on production of construction drawings (using Autocad) to support MEP/commercial building projects.

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design for commercial building/MEP projects
- EIT is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office (Word and Excel), ComCheck and other energy code forms.
- Production of construction drawings using Autocad on all projects assigned.
- Actively participates in the preparation and coordination of project documentation including site survey, design & construction documents and detailing all aspects of a project to comply with the design intent.
- Assists the Studio Director, Sr. Project Manager and Project Manager in the administration of the construction contract.
- Assist in communication and coordination with all consulting disciplines during the design development, construction documentation and construction administration phases of the project.
- Responsible for completion of the “red-line” coordination drawings.
- Assists in project close-out activities of projects.
