We are seeking a proactive, dependable, collaborative, and creative Marketing Coordinator/Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our client's Dallas office.
This position will be part of a team responsible for creative initiatives including writing and producing proposals, presentation design, marketing collateral development, website content management, email communications, photography, social media and other activities to market the company and personnel.
This is a fully ONSITE position located in Dallas, TX.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 1-5 years experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry or other professional service industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- strong organization skills
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to coordinate remotely with other offices is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) REQUIRED
- Writing and production of proposals: Write, Produce, and organize company responses to RFQ/RFP solicitations.
- Presentation Design: develop interview and/or client introduction presentations
- Develop and Produce Marketing Collateral Materials
- Website content management
- Email communications and marketing campaigns
- Photography: Schedule, organize, and maintain project photography
- Social Media: create and maintain social media content to support firm visibility and marketing efforts
- Organize and maintain internal materials that are often included in proposal and presentation such as project case studies, employee resumes, photos, and biographical information.
- Assist in planning for events such as trade shows, career fairs, conferences, etc. and attend/participate when appropriate.
- Assist in the maintenance of company brand standards.
