Responsibilities

- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to individual circumstances

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

- Certification as a licensed mental health therapist or counselor (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems for documentation purposes
- Knowledge of health education principles to support patient empowerment and recovery efforts
- Basic life support (BLS) certification and CPR training preferred to ensure safety during emergencies
