What You’ll Do:
- Support Operators with client, team and business goals. You understand how our organization operates, anticipate needs before they arise and are trusted in exercising sound judgement on behalf of our leadership team. You are the gatekeeper and dedicated leader in the overall success of our team.
- Own all systems for delivering impeccable team and client service. You continue to build, implement, maintain and refine our client care systems, lead generation efforts, internal communication and team calendared priorities, agent recruiting, marketing presence, office management, team culture, retention and recognition, client events and all supportive referrals.
- Hire, train, lead and develop all members of our Operations Success Team to provide a world-class experience for our clients pre-contract, through contract, and beyond. This currently includes: Client Care Partner, Transaction Coordinator, Listing Coordinator, Executive Support Associate, Finance Partner and Marketing Partner.
- Follow the systems for our productivity rhythms and distribution of leads, being a resource for and helping hold agents accountable to their personalized goals, guaranteeing their ultimate growth and success.
- Own a piece of the team’s growth efforts through planning and executing events, posting recruiting ads, calling recruits, lining up appointments for the Operators and supporting onboarding initiatives.
- Manage the listing launch and contract to close process, ensuring the quality of tasks and communication completed by the Operations Success Team and creating systems for increased efficiencies and client experience.
- Act as the ultimate liaison between clients, real estate agents, attorneys, escrow companies, mortgage brokers and team members to gain communication needed to achieve success in their transaction.
- Generate team reviews and referrals from clients during and after the transaction experience, documenting their positive experiences and developing supportive initiatives that allow the team to continue to be a helpful resource post closing.
- Responsible for all financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget, and profit and loss statement with support of our local Finance Partner and PLACE Finance team, including taking ownership of actively identifying and driving opportunities to reduce expenses.
- Manage the team’s data entry into business systems, ensuring critical information is documented and integrity is maintained to appropriately inform positive business making decisions.
- Maintain the team’s virtual operations manual that documents all systems and standards outside of our transaction and contact management system.
- Assist with team, client and community events and initiatives.
- Keep Operators informed regarding any challenges or issues that arise and bring potential solutions.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and PLACE trainings.

Required Background:
- Requires a prior work history that demonstrates strong, successful leadership ability, the ability to plug into and improve existing systems, understand complexities of a process flow and provide an enthusiastic level of support to a team.
- Preference given to candidates with 2 years of experience in a role leading an operations team or any business at a high level.
Other Details:
- Compensation depending on experience. The right candidate will start at $65,000 - $75,000 with revenue share, profit share and bonus eligibility.

- Real estate license not required at hire. Real estate license and continuing education fees will be provided.
- Potential travel 1-2 times per year out of state for conferences and special events.
