Well established technology company west of Boston is looking for versatile mid-level visual designer with experience creating integrated 360 promotional campaigns which include events.
You will be an integral part of the lean creative team working very closely with the leadership, clients and marketing team to ensure that the vision set forth is brought to life across all mediums (digital, traditional, large scale graphics, environmental/experiential) on a long term basis.
The ideal individual is someone coming from an agency environment who appreciates and thrives on the design process from concept through completion, has to have a strong digital/figma experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading wayfinding, brand / digital graphics, customer stories
- Be a part of brainstorming sessions and concept new ideas for themes, activations, and promotional strategies
- Help create promotional assets for digital platforms (email campaigns, social media graphics, and online advertisements).
- Concepts aligned to briefs with words, found images and sketches
- Assist other designers with design, animate the creative elements of each project
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while meeting specific objectives for each promotion / event campaign
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate production of materials
Coming in with both agency and trade show experience with samples will cater towards the need to be able to juggle multiple high-level graphic components simultaneously.
This position is a long-term hybrid contract in MA.
Qualifications:
- 3 years agency design and event industry experience (Agency or Design Studio AND Events)
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
- Portfolio, showing a strong sense of brand / digital design in 360 campaigns with events/environmental/trade show
- Storyboarding experience
- Poise and focus under pressure
- Advanced in the Adobe Creative Suite; Figma
- High level sense of design, layout, and typography combined with strong conceptual skills reflected in portfolio
- Strong creative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is positive and collaborative
- Passion (the ability to view the work as fun!)
