PSI Industries Inc. is a holding company comprised of 7 construction companies (general contracting and trade LLCs) 7 investment properties. This position is responsible for the 7 construction companies which are serviced by Construction Management Services, a shared services structure, providing legal, IT, accounting, HR and operational support. Though separate legal entities, these are managed centrally.
Work Location
This position is onsite at company office locations (HQ in Woodstock, GA) and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Regular, in‑person presence is required to support staff, oversee IT operations, and maintain facilities‑based systems and infrastructure.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT operations team.

- Conduct performance reviews, support professional development, and assist with staffing decisions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical, operational, or personnel issues.
- Promote consistent service standards, documentation, and best practices across the IT function.
- Develop and maintain the IT operating roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and prioritize technology initiatives, improvements, and system upgrades.
- Evaluate technology solutions, platforms, and vendors in partnership with leadership.
- Balance operational needs, security requirements, and cost considerations.
- Oversee administration of Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams Platform
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Intune and endpoint management
- Manage hybrid Active Directory environments and directory synchronization.
- Oversee licensing strategy, access controls, and identity lifecycle management.
- Own execution of IT security policies and controls.
- Oversee implementation of Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint security.
- Lead operational support for compliance programs, including CMMC:
- Evidence collection and maintenance
- Documentation standards
- Audit coordination and remediation support
- Ensure incident response and data protection procedures are followed and tested.
- Oversee internal business applications and workflows.
- Coordinate integrations between Microsoft 365 and business systems (e.g., ERP).
- Partner with stakeholders and internal IS team to improve workflows and system usability.
- Oversee office infrastructure including networks, Wi‑Fi, conference rooms, and end‑user hardware.
- Lead IT aspects of office openings, relocations, and expansions.
- Ensure consistent technology standards across locations.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management and refresh planning.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, MSPs, telecom providers, and software partners.
- Oversee contract renewals, service performance, and escalation management.
- Assist with IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Ensure accurate inventory and license management.
- Proven experience leading an IT team in an operational environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
- Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory environments.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and compliance requirements.
- Experience with collaboration platforms and enterprise voice systems.
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
- Experience supporting CMMC, NIST, or similar compliance frameworks.
- Construction industry platform knowledge and/or experience.
- IT leadership in a multi‑site or operationally complex organization.
