Project Manager
Plaas Incorporated
Plaas Incorporated is located in Red Wing, MN; we are well-established with over 50 years of experience in Industrial Mechanical Construction. We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee mechanical projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for keeping all projects on-time, on budget, and in a safe manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; estimating, equipment and subcontract negotiating, purchasing, labor management, scheduling and project profitability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 Years of experience in estimating & project management role of commercial/industrial Mechanical Piping systems
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines despite distractions and interruptions.
- Occasional Travel Required
