What You'll Be Doing:

As a Warehouse Utility Associate - your responsibilities will primarily focus on supporting overall warehouse operations, which may include:

• Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment (e.g., sweeping, mopping, trash removal, clearing debris).
• Assisting with the manual loading, unloading, and movement of various materials and products within the warehouse.
• Supporting different departments as needed, such as sorting, production lines, or shipping/receiving areas.
• Organizing and maintaining warehouse supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Assisting with waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Following all company safety policies and procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report issues.
• Adapting to varying tasks and responsibilities based on operational needs and priorities.
• Performing other general labor duties as assigned to support overall team efficiency.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Capable of repeatedly lifting, pushing, and pulling materials of varying weights (e.g., boxes, pallets, waste).
• Requires good manual dexterity and physical stamina for various tasks.
• Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment.
• Good vision for identifying tasks, navigating the warehouse, and observing surroundings for safety.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
