Warehouse General Labor Box Sorter

Job Summary:

As a Box Sorter, you are a key part of our logistics team, responsible for the manual inspection and sortation of materials to meet Propak standards and production goals. In this role, you will evaluate the quality of incoming boxes, preparing them for reuse through precise palletization and labeling. • Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour (guaranteed)
• Earn More with Performance: Your hourly pay can increase each week based on how many pallets you sort per hour (VPH).

As a Box Sorter, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Breaking down boxes that are not received in a broken-down state.
• Inspecting boxes for damage and reuse.
• Stickering boxes acceptable for reuse by covering barcodes.
• Palletizing boxes by size.
• Meeting or exceeding daily production requirements, with a standard production goal of at least one pallet per hour.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Complying with all Propak policies and procedures, as well as federal and state safety rules.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned to support and improve overall team operations.
