(Remanufactured / Combo Build / New Build)
The Reman Pallet Builder is responsible for assembling, rebuilding, and manufacturing pallets according to production requirements and company quality standards. This role performs a variety of fast-paced, hands-on tasks using power tools, hand tools, and production equipment to build or remanufacture pallets safely and efficiently. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a high-volume warehouse environment while meeting or exceeding daily production goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Reman Pallet Builder, your responsibilities include:
Building, assembling, and remanufacturing pallets according to required specifications
Using nail guns, saws, pry bars, hammers, and other hand/power tools to complete pallet builds
Meeting or exceeding daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
Inspecting wood components for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before assembly
Ensuring proper placement of deck boards, stringers, and braces to meet pallet design requirements
Replacing damaged wood pieces and reinforcing pallets as needed
Operating machinery and tools safely according to company guidelines
Maintaining a clean and organized work area to reduce safety hazards
Following all safety rules, PPE requirements, and production procedures
Assisting team members and supervisors as needed to support overall production flow
Performing other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Experience in pallet building, carpentry, construction, or similar work preferred
Familiarity with nail guns, saws, and other power tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow build instructions
Comfort working with repetitive tasks and meeting daily production goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
Physical Requirements
Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
Repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 75 lbs or more
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and handling of materials
Ability to safely operate tools and machinery in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment
Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
Exposure to dust, wood debris, noise, and temperature changes (hot/cold)
PPE required in designated production areas (gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
