Summary
PLA Beauty Inc. Wholesale Fulfillment Specialist are responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping wholesale orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers. This role requires attention to detail, inventory management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Other daily duties include receiving, labeling, organizing the main floor, organizing overstock, and assessing all product for damages.

Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties
- Accurately pick and pack wholesale orders according to customer specifications.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct labeling and documentation.
- Prepare shipments, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping, as needed.
- Assist in cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of wholesale products.
- Inspect products for damages or defects before shipping.
- Ensure all orders meet company and customer quality standards.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Complete any other additional tasks assigned by management
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution preferred.
- Experience in wholesale or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Knowledge of shipping carriers and logistics processes.
- Forklift experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of walking, lifting, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling and carrying
- Must be able to move up to 60 pounds at a time
