Role Description
This full-time hybrid role of Field Sales Engineer is based in Charlotte, NC, with opportunities to work from home. The position involves managing existing client accounts and developing new business relationships. Key responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, presenting product solutions to potential customers, and collaborating with manufacturers to meet client requirements. The role also includes providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing relationships and meeting targets
- Strong Account Management skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical solutions
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of the electrical industry and related technologies is strongly preferred
