Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical needs and present customized product solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities by collaborating with sales teams to develop proposals, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Assist clients in planning and managing projects involving network deployment, migration, or upgrades, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Develop detailed analysis reports to identify client requirements, potential challenges, and recommended solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the electrical or commercial/industrial market.
- Hands-on experience with Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Transformers/Switches and equipment.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and designing effective technical solutions.
