The Dispensing/Blending Operator supports solid dose manufacturing by operating and cleaning equipment, weighing and verifying raw materials, and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities include transporting materials, performing equipment setup and changeovers, and adhering to cGMP and safety protocols. Requires a high school diploma, 5–7 years of experience, basic math skills, and English proficiency. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust and moderate noise.
Working Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m (OT as needed)

Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years’ experience as solid dose Manufacturing Operator
- Demonstrated proficiency in the English Language, both written and oral
- Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction and division)
- Adhere to pre-established manufacturing schedule and company policies
- Operate and clean manufacturing dispensing & blending equipment according to SOP’s or WI’s
- Transport bulk raw material from the warehouse / staging to the manufacturing area
- Verify all bulk raw materials for accuracy and quantities received
- Weight individual raw materials per batch record requirements and standard operating procedures / work instructions
- Document all weights verified in the manufacturing batch record
- Perform changeover and set-up of designated manufacturing equipment
- Practice Good Manufacturing procedure as per cGMP training
- Assist manufacturing supervisor in the collection and summarization of in-process and Q.C. Data
- Follow procedures described in SOP’s and WI’s
- Facilitate and cooperate with any Continuous Improvement Program
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/ manager
- Work safely and adhere to all OSHA regulations as well as company safety policies and procedures
- Work in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to vitamins, mineral, herbal, and OTC products; No allergies
- Required to wear appropriate safety equipment, PAPR apparatus
- Frequent exposure to moderate noise levels
- Frequent exposure to dust, fumes, and disagreeable odors
- Lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis. Occasionally lift /move up to 75 pounds
- Frequent sitting, bending, lifting and walking
- Stand and/or walk short distances long period of time
