What Our Client Needs:
Our client is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their Finance team. This is an opportunity for a recent graduate to grow in a real-world accounting and finance environment. This role is a full-time, entry-level accounting position. Candidates must be able to work in the Exton office 2–3 days per week; candidates outside the local area will not be considered.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to Accounts Receivable
- Manage the collections process
- Take customer payments and make daily deposits
- Reconcile monthly payments
- Follow up on past-due invoices
- Generate and send invoices according to company practices
- Prepare basic account variance analyses
- Manage customer subscriptions and respond to internal/external inquiries
- Assist sales representatives in creating subscription contracts
- Learn and use accounting software tools and systems
- Support internal operations through excellent customer service
This position requires work in the Exton, PA office 2–3 days per week.
What You’ll Need:
- Current student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or a recent graduate
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (based on academic experience)
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- $50,000–$60,000 base salary depending on experience
