What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance position at PKM STEEL SERVICE INC?
Full Time Grounds Maintenance position including, but not limited to: Mowing, Snow Removal, Weed maintenance/applying pesticides, trash removal, make minor repairs, etc. Must have valid DL and able to work different locations locally. Attention to detail, good troubleshooting skills, mechanically inclined, good communication skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask, ability to work well with others, ability to work under minimal supervision, some computer skill preferred.
