The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.Having experience in the cabinet industry would be a huge plus!Responsibilities:-Outside sales- Coordinate projects and manage timelines- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence- Schedule appointments and meetings-Calling potential customers-Data Entry- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed- Organize and maintain physical and digital files- Provide general administrative support to staff members- Visiting project job sites for measurementsRequirements:- Excellent typing and computer skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Experience with file management and record keeping- Ability to coordinate projects and meet deadlines- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performedWe offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
