We are currently interviewing for a Project Manager to join our team and provide management oversight for all phases of a project including scheduling employees, ensuring that contracted cleaning specifications are performed, and interfacing with customers to ensure that expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, highly professional, and has a strong track record of leading a team and being the face of the company to high-profile customers. This job will require a flexible schedule to includes evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the cleaning scope of work at a portfolio of buildings.
• Identify and lead site assigned service team members by honestly assessing and managing positive working relationships.
• Perform daily cleaning inspections.
• Schedule and coordinate team member shifts on a weekly basis.
• Develop and schedule ongoing periodic cleaning tasks on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Manage inventory of paper supplies, equipment and cleaning products.
• Manage work orders through a work order system.
• Position requires traveling from job site to job site.
• Drive to foster customer relations via exceptional service and communication.
• Capability to share communication across teams to ensure everyone understands updates, priorities, and appropriate course of escalation.
• Communicate a compelling vision that inspires Outstanding Service and translate the vision into operational processes; ensure delivery of services by walking the operating area and working with Service Team Members while enhancing the customer experience.

Additional Information/Benefits

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive leadership experience in the service industry at high profile venues.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the janitorial cleaning industry
• Availability to work any schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follows instructions and is eager to learn.
• Presents a neat and professional appearance.
• Possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift objects up to 25lbs.
• Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in the cleaning industry
