Duties
- Vacuum all floor
- Mop kitchen
- Mop lobby area
- Clean men restroom
- Clean lobby area
Personnel will use caution to ensure the safety of building visitors and occupants, while performing their duties.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools.
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely while following all chemical handling safety procedures.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts.
- Strong attention to safety protocol adherence to maintain a secure work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards staff and visitors.
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
