ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We specialize in projects that are time sensitive, have complex design elements and challenging constructability requirements. We are an experienced union contractor with a highly qualified, creative, and motivated team of managers, engineers, and tradespersons who are ready to exceed our customers every expectation.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Project Executives of Paul J. Scariano, Inc., and with the support of current administrative and field personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one to three projects concurrently, depending on the complexity of the projects. The position will encompass all aspects of managing a project from pre-construction through completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee the total project life cycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, customer interaction, resource allocation, and inter-company reporting and coordination.

· Manage project submittals, cost summaries, RFIs, change orders, addendums, and payment processes.

· Manage vendors and sub-contractors

· Provide regular performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedules, and safety.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license a plus

· Minimum of 5 years of construction Project Management experience, managing medium sized projects

· Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient

· Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

· Knowledge of Project Scheduling and Document Control Software

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to travel to jobsites
