Local property management company seeking a Showing Assistant to showcase rental properties on behalf of the company.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and conducting property showings while delivering personalized service that enhances the client experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to earn extra money. No guaranteed hours; availability as needed when we have open rentals. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. $20 an hour, plus mileage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective renters in a professional and timely manner
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
- Maintain communication with leads to confirm scheduled appointments and follow up on questions
- Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the team
- Manage and update showing schedules and client feedback in the company’s CRM system
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
- Punctual, organized, and able to manage a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Technologically savvy (familiar with real estate apps, GPS, mobile communication)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and conduct
