What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Painter, you’ll be a key part of our production team—responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle finishes that meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting with precision and care
Mixing and matching paint using computerized systems and paint codes
Applying sealers, base coats, and clear coats for smooth, consistent finishes
Blending colors to achieve factory-quality results
Inspecting completed work to ensure top-tier quality
Working efficiently to meet production timelines
Following OSHA and EPA safety standards
Collaborating with a team that values quality, speed, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of automotive painting experience
Strong attention to detail and an eye for color matching
Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A team-first attitude and pride in your work
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working with repetitive motions
Capable of working in a paint shop environment with PPE
